To enable and access user accounts requires a password. The label for that password has changed from “Admin Password” to “Access Password” as it is the password that grants access. The Admin account is no longer visible.

There is an option to change the Access password within the User Accounts dialog itself.

After enabling user accounts and setting up at least one user account, on exit you are immediately prompted to log in with a user account.

The Schedule Setup dialog has been updated. For the Windows Service option, if using a specific user account, a browse button is provided to help specify a user.

For the Password, you are now able to view the password you entered.

New connector to retrieve live data from Plant SCADA via the Plant SCADA OPC UA server.

This connector has been removed. If you are logging data from Plant SCADA to a SQL database, if the records logged have a timestamp, use the Database Time Series, History Wide connector to report on this data. Alternatively, use the Database connector to query data from the database table directly.

Error Logging

Corrected issue where if the module encountered an error when running scheduled, that error was not logged to the XLReporter Status Log.

Corrected issue where if the Scheduler was set to run as a Windows Service and a template set to retrieve data from this module is run on demand and encountered an error, that error would not be displayed to the user.

Corrected issue where if XLReporter is registered with a subscription license that is set to expire in less than 30 days, any selected Ewon does not get saved so data from it does not get synchronized.

Corrected issue where if XLReporter is registered with a subscription license, when synchronizing data from Ewon devices it would only process one transaction at a time (the behavior when registered for evaluation).

Corrected issue where if Workbook Access Protection is enabled and an Access Code is entered, the OK button is not enabled.

Corrected issue where, if you create a template with defaults, close the template and then open it again by double-clicking from the Project Explorer, the Data Connect, Data Group option was no longer available.

Corrected issue where on open, Test button enabled without a schedule line selected.

Corrected issue where testing the default schedule line displayed used the wrong interval to test over. For example, if the schedule was set for a day, test would use an interval of one hour rather than one day.

Corrected issue where modifying any row below the first row showed the settings of the first row rather than the row selected.

Corrected issue where schedule line set for a week, when tested will now test using a week interval rather than a day as previously.

Corrected issue where schedule line set for a month, when tested will now test using a week interval rather than a day as previously.

Corrected issue where, if the Scheduler is installed as a Windows Service, it may fail to start with an error that the Depends On service could not be found.

Corrected issue where, on newer Windows Operating Systems, when configuring the Scheduler Services with a specific user, the “Failed to add account rights” error would appear if the user did not already have Log on as a service rights.
