Alarm Management Module
Data Connector Builder
For an existing group, when edits were made, the Save button would not become enabled.
Multiple Facilities
If multiple facilities defined and a column specified is different between one facility and another, an error could occur when running the Alarm Report template for the facility with the changed column.
Alarm Activation, Suppressed, and Disabled
Sub reports set up to retrieve this data through the Alarm Management connector may return no records.
On Demand from Windows or Web Clients
When generating reports with Alarm Management connections from windows client, web portal or mobile app, alarm metrics are not returned.
Inductive Automation Ignition Historical Values
Upgrade
When upgrading XLReporter from a version before XLReporter 2025 R2 that contains a connector to Ignition Historical Values from multiple Sites/Gateways where every tag is unique across the gateways, the upgrade may cause those tags to no longer retrieve values since the connector is now configured to a specific site.
To correct this, the upgrade has been updated to detect this and create multiple connectors for each Site/Gateway in use.
Tag Browser
Only the first Scan Class of a Provider is shown when browsing for tags.
PDF Report Viewer
Launching
When trying to launch the PDF Report Viewer, system error about missing files.
Permissions
The PDF permissions like Printing and Copying are not being adhered to by the PDF Report Viewer. To combat this, the Viewer now reads these permissions from the project rather than the PDF report itself to apply.
PDF Report Publishing
The Save Worksheet to PDF action is behaving as a Save Workbook to PDF action in that all worksheets are published when only a single worksheet should be.
Template Studio
Formulas from Data Connection
The OK button for the Formula dialog does not enable if a single formula is checked. If that same formula is then unchecked, the OK is enabled. This dialog is accessed by selecting a cell with a data group connection, right-clicking and selecting Formula, From Data Connection.
Default Schedule
If a new template is configured to default scheduled with an interval less than 1 hour, in the Schedule, the default appears as “Recur every 1 hour(s)”.
Schedule Test
If the schedule line is configured to be Continuous, when using the Test option, the action only executes once even if the Start and End span multiple intervals.
Licensing
With a Basic license data is not returned from the following connectors:

AVEVA InTouch Alarms
Siemens SIMATIC WinCC/PCS7 Alarms
Expired Subscription
If the subscription license expires, data connections to history connectors no longer return data.
Electronic Signatures
Reports generated in .xlsm format cannot be electronically signed. When attempting to apply the signature, a file format error appears.
