Software Requirements
The following software is required for all editions:
Microsoft Windows 10 or above or Windows Server 2019 or above
Microsoft .NET Framework version 4.8
If it is not installed on your machine and your machine is offline, it can be downloaded from Microsoft's website.
Web Portal
Web Browsers
For the web portal, the following web browsers are supported:
Google Chrome v74 or above
Safari (Macintosh only) v12.1.2 or above
Firefox v68 or above
Microsoft Edge v128.0.2739 or above
Cookies
Cookies must be enabled (or unblocked) in the web browser in order to access the web portal.
Internet Information Services
The web portal requires Internet Information Services (IIS) to be enabled in the operating system.
IIS is provided by Microsoft and is delivered as part of the operating system. By default, IIS is not installed with the Operating System. XLReporter will attempt to install IIS during its installation if the edition selected requires it.
If XLReporter encounters an error attempting to install IIS, it will have to be installed manually. For more information on installing IIS manually, see How to Configure IIS.
