Windows 10/ Windows 11
To install, open the Windows Control Panel and select Programs and Features.
Select Turn Windows Features on or off to display a list of Windows Features. Check Internet Information Services.
Expand Internet Information Services then Web Management Tools. Make sure the following items are checked:
IIS Management Console
Expand Internet Information Services, World Wide Web Services.
Expand Application Development Features and make sure the following items are checked:
ASP.NET (4.x)
.NET Extensibility (4.x)
ISAPI Extensions
ISAPI Filters
Expand Common HTTP Features and make sure the following items are checked:
Default Document
Directory Browsing
HTTP Errors
Static Content
Expand Health and Diagnostics and make sure the following items are checked:
HTTP Logging
Request Monitor
Expand Performance Features and make sure the following items are checked:
Static Content Compression
Expand Security and make sure the following items are checked:
Request Filtering
Click OK.
