Propagate Range
The Propagate Range function propagates the value and format of non-empty cells down (or across) into empty cells within the Apply To range. This function can be used to handle sparse data or to produce a contiguous row or column of data for a chart.

Mode | The mode in which the data is propagated to empty cells. The Staircase mode copies the value from the last non-empty cell to the empty cells. |
