Indirect Upgrades
If the current installed version does not meet one of the listed direct upgrades, you must upgrade the current installation to WIN-911 v4.21.5 or v7.17 for V7 Import Utility compatibility. You can download the installation packages for these versions of the software from the Support Downloads page.

It is always recommended to create backups prior to any software upgrade. Review the following KB article for creating backups in v4 systems:
