PEER™ Integrations

PEER™ has the capability to integrate with your other systems using API's.

The Ingress API provides an endpoint for signaling PEER™ to create or update tickets when criteria are met in your other systems, auto-populating ticket fields based on those conditions. An endpoint also exists for extracting historical ticket data for ingestion into other systems.

The Egress API is leveraged in PEER™ when tickets are created or updated, and will then invoke your other systems' own API endpoints, providing ticket information based on those systems' available input parameters.

Stacklights can be activated based on custom logic and ticket information using PEER™ IoT. SmartSights partners with Banner Automation to provide wireless stacklight and pushbutton hardware for implementing this feature, if you don't already have hardware in place. Banner also provides a wireless touchbutton/stacklight combination device for triggering ticket creation and modification.
