PEER™ Configuration Overview
Configuring PEER™ requires the user log in to a separate app from the Runtime app (i.e Message Center, opening/editing tickets, etc). The configuration app is used to configure all of the elements in the Runtime, and is typically only accessible by Admin users.
Note
ABLE™ is configured from this same app, since some elements are common in both applications. If your company utilizes both applications, the left-hand navigation bar will be extended to include ABLE™ parameters as well.
