Save time with Contacts Utility
Contacts Utility is a free software tool that lets you quickly make changes to your WIN-911 alarm notification call out settings directly from your HMI screen. No need to log into the WIN-911 workspace. Now any operator in the plant can quickly make changes to accommodate staff shift changes, vacations, and more.
With Contacts Utility, you can:
- Change schedules, roles and more
- Edit order of call outs, delays time, repeat tries
- Make edits directly on HMI touchscreens
- No need to connect to the WIN-911 server
- Included free with your latest software update
In the Connections tab (shown below), you can edit contact names, connections options, how often they receive a message, and their role.
Basic Tactics tab (shown below), you can add or delete contacts, reorder contacts, and modify the number of repeats.
