How does the name change affect the services/products I currently use?
The services and products currently in use will not be affected. We are working to integrate XLReporter and WIN-911 to enable extended value from our solutions.
How will the rebranding impact our ongoing projects or contracts?
All ongoing projects or contracts will continue as planned. The rebranding will not impact our commitments, only the name under which they are delivered will change. Over the next several months we will be updating our legal entities, agreements, and policies to reflect the new name.

As SmartSights, we offer data-driven insights that streamline decision-making, quicken problem resolution, reduce waste, lower costs, and enhance overall efficiency. We will be hosting a series of workshops in the coming months to provide deeper dives into extended applications, integrations, and capabilities.

No, the rebranding does not affect the company’s leadership or the ways in which you interact with us. Having an extended team will enable us to better serve customers and partners across the country and around the globe.

Yes, our website and email addresses will reflect the new name. However, all old email addresses and website URLs will continue to function, redirecting to the new ones to ensure uninterrupted communication.
