WIN-911 2025 Upgrade License Request
Upgrading from WIN-911 v3.x/4.x to a current version will require multiple steps.
- 1. Upgrade your existing product to version 4.21.5.
- 2. Complete the form below to request a 2021 R3 license and upgrade again to 2021 R3. See Upgrade Guide for more details.
- 3. Request a 2025 license and upgrade again to 2025. See 2025 Upgrade Guide for more details.
After submitting the license request form below, it will be reviewed by our licensing department at our US headquarters, and an email will be sent back to you containing your License Activation Key. Once you have the License Activation Key, you can access the self-service WIN-911 License Portal to download and install your license.
Your License Activation Key will be sent back to the provided email address within one to two hours (during standard business hours) Licensing department business hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 17:00 CST (UTC -05:00).
