WIN-911 2024 Upgrade License Request
Customers eligible to upgrade to WIN-911 2024 must meet the following conditions:
- You have a valid Customer Care Plan
- You have 3.19.5 or newer installed.

If you are upgrading from WIN-911 v3.x/4.x to WIN-911 2024, you will be required to install a new license. After submitting the license request form below, it will be reviewed by our licensing department at our US headquarters, and an email will be sent back to you containing your License Activation Key. Once you have the License Activation Key, you can access the self-service WIN-911 License Portal to download and install your license.
Your License Activation Key will be sent back to the provided email address within one to two hours (during standard business hours) Licensing department business hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 17:00 CST (UTC -05:00).
