Please fill out the following form to recover a lost or invalid license.

Note, if the machine where XLReporter is licensed is running but the license is invalid, click here for instructions on how to reset the invalid license before requesting to recover it.

A response will be sent to the provided email address within one business day. Licensing hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 16:00 CST. 

Please note that a current support plan is required for license recovery.  You will be directed to the sales team if your support plan is not current.
