Leveraging a scalable logic engine, it processes over 7 million utilization events per day, collecting and historizing data to accelerate operational decision-making. Using ABLE, our agnostic data collection accelerator, production lines are actively monitored, providing real-time root cause analysis and a visual representation of machine performance. Faulted machines turn red, downstream machines appear yellow (starved), and upstream machines display orange (blocked), clearly showing the impact on line flow and identifying the exact source of downtime.

With historical data accessible along a timeline, teams can review past events, monitor line performance over time, and quickly diagnose problems. Sharing insights is simple via email or link, enabling collaboration across departments. ABLE also supports data validation and calculates key metrics like availability, MTBF, and MTTR using only run and fail states. The progressive root cause algorithm tracks the backup starvation flow to pinpoint the machine responsible for downtime.
