Use VoIP to analog phone lines
The Grandstream UCM6301 VoIP PBX (shown above) uses an analog phone line to place and receive phone calls. Since the device supports SIP (Session Initiation Protocol), it can be used by WIN-911 as an alternative to TAPI modems anywhere analog phone lines are available to make phone calls.

WIN-911 Premium Voices provide natural sounding voices as an alternative to the standard Microsoft text-to-speech engines.
