WIN-911 Mobile, first launched in 2019 and last updated April 17, 2024, will reach end-of-support on December 15, 2026.
The legacy app will no longer receive updates, but with SmartSights Mobile (launched July 2025), you’ll enjoy the next generation of secure, reliable, and user-friendly mobile notifications.

Transition Made Easy
To retire from WIN-911 Mobile, here’s what you need to know in order to stay supported and avoid disruption.
- All WIN-911 Mobile deployments must migrate to SmartSights Mobile before December 15, 2026.
- Migrate early to reduce the risk of issues from future iOS and Android updates to avoid breaking changes.
- Note: Voice, SMS, and Email notification methods will remain fully supported and are not affected by this change.
