B. Where SmartSights uses your Personal Data based on the Law
SmartSights adheres to applicable data protection legislation. We may be required to process your Personal Data and retain such data to meet our obligations under relevant data protection legislation.

C. Where SmartSights uses your Personal Data based on a contract
If you order goods or services from SmartSights, we will use the Personal Data that you enter into the order or registration form only to process your order or to provide the requested goods or services.
