WIN-911 2023 includes:
- New Control Center: The new Control Center is a centralized console allowing you to view and manage alarms from all your locations.
- Insightful Monitor View: The Insightful Monitor View provides live feeds of alarms as they happen.
- Alarm Bypass: The Alarm Bypass feature allows you to temporarily silence alarms for maintenance or other reasons.
- Timeline: The Timeline feature (formerly known as the log-viewer) provides a historical record of all alarms and events.
- New Dispatching Process: The new Dispatching Process helps you easily adhere to schedules to ensure that your resources are used efficiently and that your customers are satisfied.
