Connect

Design
report templates in a spreadsheet environment complete with familiar features including charts, formulas, formatting (including conditional formatting), and much more.
Report
templates are produced either automatically based on time or on an event in the system. Alternatively, generate reports on-demand either on the local system or across the network using a Windows application or a web browser.

Templates
The templates provided for out-of-the-box usage through the Template Library have all been revamped both in look and feel and for compatibility with mobile devices and tablets.
The newly designed, simplified UI makes configuration faster and on-going application maintenance easier for users.
Distributed Email
For SmartBundle users, XLReporter can now send reports as email attachments using the SmartSights Email Gateway Email Module installed anywhere on the network.
For standalone XLReporter users, the SmartSights Email Gateway is provided which can be installed anywhere on a network in order to email reports.
In addition, for users that have Microsoft Office 365 as their email server, using either the WIN-911 Email Module or the SmartSights Email Gateway provides a much simpler way to connect to and send emails using XLReporter.
Rockwell FactoryTalk
View SE DataLogPro
XLReporter now provides a history connector to the FactoryTalk View DataLogPro InfluxDB database. This connector can extract both raw data and calculated summaries such as minimum, maximum, average, total and much more.
Clean in Place (CIP)
Audit the cleaning of equipment with minimal dismantling of production equipment or portions of the equipment to prove that cleaning was effective. XLReporter provides the appropriate technology for implementations that cannot justify the inclusion of a data logger, historian or database. For those that require data logging, XLReporter’s Event Frames technology streamlines the process.
Batch and Machine Cycle
Generate real-time reports with XLReporter’s Report As You Run technology. Capture live data directly from the PLC, including cycle start/end times and key events. Perfect for Users, Machine Builders, and OEMs, it provides a complete view of the process during product manufacturing.
