The newest edition features database performance improvements and new features developed to enhance performance and streamline notification workflows in response to customer requests and feedback.
Enterprise Edition 3.16.9 includes new international Premium Voices for WIN-911’s voice notification feature. Supported languages now include English, Arabic, French, German, Italian, Chinese, Hebrew, Portuguese, and Spanish.
Enterprise Edition includes SMS text notifications, the all-new SMS notifier module supports both Ethernet and serial modem connectivity simplifying installations that require virtual machine environments.
Enterprise Edition 3.16.9 also gives users the ability to create custom alarming and reporting templates. Alarm/report attributes can be added, reordered, or removed using the format editor.
