Specter Instruments is now WIN-911 Software

In acknowledgement of the widespread recognition of WIN-911 as the world’s most widely-used remote alarm notification software, Specter Instruments is changing its name to WIN-911 Software. The transition will take place in stages, so correspondence to all of the addresses, email address, etc. that refer to Specter Instruments will still work for some time to come.
