The Contacts Utility is included with WIN-911 Standard, Interactive, and Advanced licenses (WIN-911 version 4.19.17 and newer).
All customers with a valid support agreement are eligible to upgrade to the latest release of WIN-911. To buy or renew your existing support agreement, contact: [email protected].
Modify user schedules and roles
In the Connections tab, you can edit contact names, assign different schedules, and add/remove roles. So, for instance, you can make sure the right contact is receiving the right alarm at the right time.
