The Contacts Utility is included with WIN-911 Standard, Interactive, and Advanced licenses (WIN-911 version 4.19.17 and newer).

Change your alarm call out list
Contacts Utility lets you easily add, remove, or reorder contacts in your call out list from any HMI workstation. You can also modify the number of retries or delay before the alarm notification goes to the next person, just by tapping the screen.
Modify user schedules and roles
In the Connections tab, you can edit contact names, assign different schedules, and add/remove roles. So, for instance, you can make sure the right contact is receiving the right alarm at the right time.
