Subscription licenses will also benefit from future features and functionality added to the product, many of which will be included in the subscription product at no additional cost. WIN-911’s roadmap includes exciting new features such as a status/failover module, improved dashboards, and more.
The subscription license is installed on-prem like the existing perpetual license product. WIN-911 does not store any customer data in the cloud.

Customers may choose between annual billing paid in advance or an upfront payment for the entire subscription term. WIN-911 offers 30-day payment terms on all invoices.
WIN-911 will invoice the distributor, net of the applicable discount, according to the payment schedule chosen by the end customer.
Can customers upgrade their product or support level during their subscription contract? How does upgrade billing work?
Yes, customers may upgrade their product or support level at any time. Upgrades will be priced according to the applicable list price at the time of upgrade.
Upgrades will require a new pricing agreement that governs the remainder of the original subscription term. At the time of upgrade, customers will be invoiced pro-rata for the difference in the monthly price over the rest of the subscription billing period. The invoice for the next billing period will be adjusted to reflect the new product or support level.
Customers cannot downgrade their subscription license tier or support package during the term of the applicable agreement. Customers may lower their license or support levels upon contract renewal.
No, customers lock in their price for the subscription term. Upgrades will be priced according to the applicable list price at the time of upgrade. Prices for future new agreements are subject to change.
Customers that choose annual billing must either 1) execute a blanket purchase order or 2) sign a multi year contract and then execute annual purchase orders. WIN-911 can provide a sample multi-year contract template that distributors may use with customers.
If a customer elects to pay for the multi-year subscription term upfront, then the customer can execute a standard purchase order for the upfront payment.
Modems, premium voice, and Rockwell FactoryTalk Connector will be one-time purchases. Hot backups, nodes, and additional mobile seats are available via the subscription model. Please reference the Subscription License price list for more details.
Mobile access is included in the first year of all Interactive and Advanced subscriptions. Premium Customer
Care Support or MCS (additional cost) will be required to utilize WIN-911 Mobile after the first year.
Yes, subscription license agreements automatically renew at the end of the term unless the customer provides 90-day notice of cancellation or change. The subsequent renewal agreement will be priced at the then applicable list price and may be invoiced directly by WIN-911.
