the solution.- Pre-installation meeting to discuss prerequisites, network environment, and schedule the installation
- Installation of any purchased SmartSights software packages
- Validation of all data sources such as PLCs, HMI/SCADA, DCS, and relational databases
- Validation of all solution outputs such as voice, SMS, email, Mobile, Reporting and Control Center clients
- A training meeting to review the system, optimize the handoff, and provide guidance on long term system management

- Design auto-refreshing Control Center dashboards with drill-down links to detail reports

2. Engineering
The system owner discusses a specification with a SmartSights app engineer, and an estimate is given on the scope of the work and timeline for delivery.
