The ARC Advisory Group is conducting a survey to collect responses regarding best practices for alarm management systems. The survey targets end users, executives, and managers involved in the selection, implementation, and monitoring of alarm notification systems. The survey examines best practices for selecting alarm notification systems, including the modernization of older programs to meet updated standards and technologies.
Gathering Data from Users Helps WIN-911 Make Software Improvements
Once the results are tabulated, researchers will use them to gain insight on particular pain points for facility managers. Their analysis will better allow alarm system management teams and notification software developers like WIN-911 to develop comprehensive solutions. The responses will be kept strictly confidential; only fully aggregated results will be published.

Receiving accurate feedback from customers is key to WIN-911’s mission to continually improve user experience. WIN-911 alarm notification software is used in a wide variety of IoT and industrial settings; surprisingly, it is also used to facilitate communication for applications such as snowplow deployment. A customer survey is one of the best ways to gather the data that drives innovation in a constantly shifting technological landscape.
“Customer input is critical for making sure technology companies develop solutions that best meet existing and emerging requirements,” said WIN-911 CEO Greg Jackson. “We would like to encourage our customers and partners to participate in this ARC study.”
All survey participants will receive a free, consolidated copy of the results. The survey should only take about fifteen minutes to complete.
